The Council on Accreditation (CoA) is an independent, nonprofit organisation that partners with human service organisations worldwide to improve service delivery outcomes. CoA accreditation is a rigorous process that involves a detailed review and analysis of an organisation’s administrative functions and service delivery practices. This process ensures that organisations meet high standards of quality and effectiveness.

We are proud to announce that the Semiahmoo House Society has been awarded CoA accreditation since 2006. This prestigious recognition demonstrates our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in providing services that are appropriate, coordinated, culturally competent, evidence-based, and delivered by a skilled and supported workforce. Achieving CoA accreditation inspires confidence among our community, board members, funders, regulators, and staff.
