Person-Centred Practices

UNITI has certified Person-Centred Thinking trainers and mentors who educate staff, organizations, and community members in Person-Centred Practices, a method that empowers and supports people in having control over the life they choose.

UNITI facilitates various workshops in Person-Centred Practices, including:

  • Person-Centred Thinking: 2 days

  • Personal-Centred Thinking Coaches: 1 day

  • Person-Centred Teams: 1 day

  • PLAN Facilitation: Varies according to need

  • Strategic or Organizational Planning: 1.5 – 2 days
