Facilitated training to promote inclusion through the framework of Person-Centred Thinking.

This service is offered through UNITI’s Centre for Compassionate Learning (CCL).

UNITI has certified Person-Centred Thinking trainers and mentors who educate staff, organisations, and community members in Person-Centred Practices, a method that empowers and supports people in having control over the life they choose.

UNITI facilitates various workshops in Person-Centred Practices, including:

  • Person-Centred Thinking: 2 days

  • Personal-Centred Thinking Coaches: 1 day

  • Person-Centred Teams: 1 day

  • PLAN Facilitation: Varies according to need

  • Strategic or Organisational Planning: 1.5 – 2 days

UNITI’s Centre for Compassionate Learning works to increase awareness about inclusion and human rights. UNITI can adjust workshops to better resonate with the people at your organisation while maintaining the integrity of Person-Centred Thinking.
