As a non‑profit housing society, UNITI develops homes for tenants who reflect the full diversity of our community; seniors, essential workers, people with disabilities, students, professionals, and families. We’ve been doing this for more than 40 years, beginning with our 5.5‑acre Peninsula Estates property in the heart of South Surrey. Building on decades of experience, UNITI continues to lead the way in creating innovative housing that supports belonging, independence, and long‑term community stability.
