Harmony is an inclusive rental housing development featuring 91 homes, located at 152A Street and 20th Avenue in South Surrey.

Intentionally designed to reflect the diversity and needs of our community, Harmony is a commitment to building a future where everyone—regardless of income, age, or ability—can belong, feel safe, and thrive.

A Community by Design

At Harmony, connection is just as important as affordability. The building will include:

• 20% of homes for adults with disabilities

• A mix of affordable and market-rate rentals living side by side
